The WILM Consortium is comprised of three Wisconsin colleges, Wisconsin Indianhead Technical College, Mid-State Technical College, and Lakeshore Technical College and Mid-State Technical College.  Together, they form a partnership for improved institutional efficiencies across Wisconsin campuses.  WILM contracted consulting services for the Oracle Hyperion Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service with GNC Consulting, Inc. (GNC).  GNC provided assistance to the WILM staff in configuring and setting up the system for budgeting.

GNC provided services to ensure WILM’s goal of operational efficiency gained by implementation of the General Funds, Special Revenue Funds and Capital Projects Funds. The General and Special Revenue Funds include position management budgets – salaries and benefits, and current expenses. The Capital Projects Funds are used for equipment and facility project budgets. Although the project focused on creating the expenditure budgets, revenue budgets will also be considered, so that any revenue drivers and/or allocations can be used in the process for developing the expenditure budgets.
